Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on poko, you must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each user may only hold one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. It is your own responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential, and you are accountable for all activity that occurs on your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, please notify our support team immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and must be made through approved payment methods. Specific minimum and maximum limits apply for deposits and withdrawals, which are clearly stated on the platform. Transactions using third-party accounts are prohibited — only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the designated timeframe after the verification process. We reserve the right to hold funds pending investigation in the case of any suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
Gaming Rules & Fair Use
All games on poko are operated in accordance with international standards, and outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The use of any bots, automated software, hacking tools, or cheating methods is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure. We reserve the right to forfeit any winnings obtained through violations of gaming rules. Attempts to gain unfair advantages through multiple accounts or promotional abuse will be treated as serious violations. Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonus and promotional offers on poko are tied to specific wagering or betting conditions, which must be read carefully before acceptance. A specified amount of betting must be completed before bonus funds become withdrawable. Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per user, and cannot be claimed multiple times from the same household, device, or IP address. If the promotional conditions are not met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
